Joy of Giving

JOY OF GIVING is a motto of the Cursillo Movement. It is to encourage those of us who have been on weekends to help defray the costs of candidates for future weekends, to assist in the ongoing publication of the CANTA, and the general administrative costs adherent to a Charitable organization dependent on these donations.

Why?
The Cursillo Movement is a nationwide movement as well as worldwide. Certain dues have to be paid as well as licensing fees for copyright, etc. We also send out Palanca to other weekends around the world. We publish a CANTA newsletter 3 to 4 times a year. All these come with a cost.

How?
Annual gift or a monthly gift can be made by sending post-dated cheques to the treasurer. A tax receipt will be issued for all gifts received. You may also mark your envelope in your parish for Cursillo and it will be sent on to us. No tax receipt would be given from the Cursillo Movement as the church will issue one.

Make cheques payable to: Cursillo-Diocese of BC and mail them to our treasurer Merville Hall
